ExpertEye services are delivered digitally, remotely or on-site as agreed. Nothing is shipped.

After you order

1. You receive an order confirmation by email.
2. We contact you to agree a start date and collect access, content and contacts.
3. We deliver the agreed work and share deliverables with you for review.
4. Support continues for the period stated on your product.

Bank transfer orders

Orders paid by bank transfer start once the payment has been received and confirmed.

Tailored projects

Projects follow the milestones, deliverables and acceptance criteria in your signed proposal.
